DART
Operation DART is a fun team based creative challenge requiring teams to design a domino based machine to transport a Lego mini figurine to land on a distant asteroid. Each team is involved in a different part of the project whether it is the 'Earth Launch' team, the 'Moon Orbit' team or the 'Asteroid Landing' team.
Additional teams have the task of returning a different Lego mini figurine back to Earth. This activity highlights the importance of planning and communication within and across teams.
This exercise can be conducted with group sizes from 5 to 250 people.
